There was an issue with my first chair, but fluff daddy fixed it right up for me, really quickly. Their customer service staff are all so friendly and helpful, and very quick to respond and rectify if there are any problems. I'm really impressed. I absolutely love my fluff mama. It's so comfy, the kids also love to relax in it and it's even helped them regulate their emotions when needed. I'd buy more if I had space for them.

Beautiful chair! Even more beautiful customer service! The lovely Bobbi was so awesome and helpful when I accidentally had it set to be delivered to the wrong address and fixed it for me instantly and spoke to me so lovely to make me feel better about my silly mistake! Definitely recommend nothing says good quality just like a good quality customer service team!

Totally worth the price and effortlessly comfortable. The higher back on the Mumma is a great feature and I can’t wait until our little one arrives and I can spend lots of time nursing and loving on them in the incredible Mumma chair.
I got the fluff mama in sea for my babies nursery. It is so comfortable and convenient to use for feeding him during the night. Best chair honestly!

Previously I’d written a review about the amazingness of this chair being ruined because there was no neck support, to which the company responded that there was an update to the older version id purchased. With a nice discount, the new back arrived today and wow it is definitely a game changer, not only is my neck supported now but with the extra leverage and weight, the full recline stays reclined on its own unlike previously having to hold it in place.
10/10 customer service too. Very happy thank you.

The Fluff Mumma is without a doubt my dream nursing as an upcoming first time mumma. I instantly fell relaxed and supported when we tested it out in the nursery for the first time. Can’t wait for bubs to arrive and spend our reading time, feeding time and play time with the fluff Mumma.
