After getting in contact about the chair I ordered a couple of months ago that was breaking they help sort the issue out iv now got a new chair and I’m so happy with it
Really love this chair, so beautiful and comfortable. I can see myself spending many hours here even my husband says the same. Was very easy to put together, reclines back to a really nice position, very soft. Highly recommend

Thank you for your feedback, although we would never do that to you, our Fluff Daddy is all about comfort…(and ergonomics!) When the footrest pops up, the backrest needs to tilt back slightly, otherwise, you’ll find yourself trapped in a dreaded upright L-shaped world of pain. (Ergonomically speaking, a small recline keeps your spine happy and your throne time blissful)
Whilst you do have the capacity to lie all the way back (for the nights when you decide, 'I'm just sleeping here') that first slight recline is the sweet spot, leaving you feeling supported and posture perfect!
We use our fluff mumma every day for naps / feeding our baby. It’s the comfiest. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was good, the process and everything was super easy. Honeslty it’s a little bit on the expensive side and I kind of understand why but at the same time I would’ve gotten anything if it wasn’t for nursing. I got it so I can start nursing when baby comes I wanted something comfy and it’s definitely extremely comfy and soft. Recline and swivel work perfectly, like any other.
Totally hear you on the investment side, and we love that once you sank into it, it all made sense. Recline, swivel, comfort, already doing exactly what it's meant to do and getting you all ready for when your precious little one arrives!!!

Its absolutely perfect. I've been dreaming of getting one for years and this was absolutely worth it! Whether it's used for reading, knitting/crochet, nursing, a comfy chair, it'll be perfect. Its so soft and comfy, but be warned, you'll absolutely have to fight off the naps when you're in it.

I am thrilled with my Daddy Chair, i decided to shout myself a Xmas present in the recent boxing day sale and although i have just purchased a new lounge suite and was worrried it would all be to much for the space and i was over induldging i couldnt be happier
I got the dark grey and love love the colour, its texture and how there are so many varients to how you can utilize all aspects of its comfort positions
The height of the seat is perfect, its big enough to snuggle up on and the comfort is next level
i have arthritis and was worried about pushing the leg raise back in to get up .... but its a breeze to do
if you are thinking obout getting one, do it .....

The Fluff Mumma chair is so comfy! I had an odd knocking sound coming from my chair and after some troubleshooting, I was advised my chair would be replaced. Recommend 10/10. Fantastic customer service.

Soft and comfortable in the upright position, and the gliding motion is smooth. However, once reclined, the springs are extremely stiff. You need to actively engage your back muscles to stay reclined, otherwise the chair pushes you back into the upright position. Comfortable for sitting, but relaxing in the reclined position is difficult.

Our Mumma Glider is a manual design, so whilst we have locked in that first recline position, pulling the lever to get you settled into what we think is the recline sweet spot and provides the most support, if you are wanting to lie further back you totally can, although it does ask for a tiny bit of core power to get settled.
Our Mumma design is primarily about the lovely lull of the glide (still with a recline option built in) and our Daddy design is the master of recline, having you locked all the way back if desired.

Buyers of any fluff daddy products should be aware that the fabric looks awful after a few months of light wear. I imagine it will look much worst with more use. Their change of mind policy is only 30 days - which means if you plan to buy it to prepare for a nursery, or if like me, use it after only a few months - you will realise after the change of mind period. I have emailed their customer service and they believe this is expected and accepted.

From the photos you shared, your chair isn’t damaged or defective, there’s no pilling, tearing, or wear visible. What you’re noticing is shading, which is a totally normal and expected characteristic of corduroy fabric. Because corduroy has a natural pile, the fibres move and catch the light differently with use (much like velvet), creating light and dark variations. It’s part of the fabric’s personality, not a sign of wear or reduced quality.
If there were an issue to resolve, we’d absolutely jump in and help, that’s what we’re here for. In this case, though, the chair is performing exactly as intended and the fabric is behaving as corduroy naturally does.
Our 30-day change-of-mind period is designed to give customers time to decide if a fabric’s look and feel suits their space. For those who prefer a more consistent, no-shade appearance, our bouclé range is often a better fit, as it maintains a more uniform look.
We know fabric choice is very personal, and while this one may not have been your forever match, your chair is doing exactly what it was designed to do. If you ever need help choosing textures in the future, we’re always happy to send swatches or answer any questions
