Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Fluff Daddy today. I bought a recliner and the whole process was bloody excellent from start to finish.
The team were great to deal with – friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right chair for my 8 month pregnant partner. Communication was spot on and everything was organised without any hassles.
I picked the recliner up from their warehouse and even that was easy. The staff were welcoming, had everything ready to go, and helped get me sorted in no time.
As for the recliner itself, it’s amazing! Super comfortable, great quality, and exactly what our nursery needed to be complete.
These days it’s rare to find a business that delivers such a smooth experience every step of the way, but Fluff Daddy absolutely nailed it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone after quality furniture and outstanding customer service.

Very happy with our purchase, it is so comfortable in all the right places. Delivery was so quick and customer service was excellent. We had an issue with our chair creaking when rocking and through a bit of troubleshooting we managed to fix the issue.

The Daddy design does have a slightly shorter back than our Mumma design, although we do feel it hits the sweet spot for that laidback loungy look and feel. We’re so happy you’re loving your new fluffy throne and hope it is providing many chill zone moments already!
I was initially looking at the Forest colour but getting the swatches was the best idea because I fell in love with the Sage. My Fluff Mumma arrived super quickly (SA Metropolitan) and the delivery driver was quick, professional, and kind.
The chair fits perfectly in the nursery and is so soft and comfortable to sit there for hours feeding and playing with my newborn. It was super easy to put together and move into place. The pouches were easy to put on and they’re big enough and convenient for all the small items I might need.
I have already recommended the chair to friends and encourage making use of the fabric samples when deciding on colour and material.
Okay THIS is exactly why we are such big believers in our free fabric swatches! So many people come in convinced they’re one colour person… and then BAM, Sage enters the chat.

It is more finicky than assembling the actual chair. One of my cushion inserts is not properly sealed so fluff was coming out when I had to change the insert over to the cushion cover with the pouches. I felt annoyed by the extra steps prior to do it, but now I am very happy with the purchase. Only negative is the right hand pouch sits over the recliner tab thing.

Thank you so much for writing a review, Sorry to hear the pouch zip install was giving you grief, we honestly haven’t had that feedback before, it’s usually very much a “zip on, zip off, done and dusted” situation! Glad you got there in the end and can now fill them pockets up!
And yep, on the Mumma Glider version the pouch does sit over the recliner lever as pictured… but thankfully it’s just a quick little hand tuck and voilà, you are in still in a quick, feet up chill out position!

The Fluff Mumma Glider is such a beautiful addition to our nursery. Not only is it comfortable and super cozy but we can see this chair being used for many years.
Another positive for this company is how fast and convenient delivery was. We ordered on Saturday and received on Monday! They communicated well and were able to work with our availability. We will definitely be recommending the Fluff Daddy company!

Loved the material, loved the look but unfortunately it just wasn't very comfortable! The backrest is super soft but I found under the bottom it was a bit solid to sit on. And, when reclined back, the weight of my body wasn't heavy enough to keep the chair reclined (it was fine for my partner though) so I felt like I was pushing back on the chair arching my back to keep it laying flat. Overall a bit disappointing..... Communication from Fluff Daddy company was great though I do think the returns policy is a bit harsh - I lost about $178 in shipping costs overall from returning the item.

We are sorry to hear that it wasn’t quite the dream match. We have not had that feedback about the seat cushion feeling solid before, most people just find it hard to get out because they honestly don't want to Just to clarify the recline, the Mumma is a weight-responsive recline that gently moves with your body while still keeping a supportive, structured feel and because everyone sits a little differently, that balance can feel a bit unique from person to person.. We do mention on the product page that the Mumma version is designed with a gentle, slight “locked-in” recline. (perfect for the correct support needed when feeding, lounging, and long postpartum sits).
On returns, we do offer free shipping (or a $100 contribution for regional areas) to get the chair to you, however return postage isn’t included for change-of-mind as it’s simply the courier cost based on your postcode back to us, no mark-ups, just straight courier rates. That said, we always take care of the whole process for you so it’s as easy and fuss-free as possible and we are glad that you felt that was the case for you.

I purchased this chair for my daughter who is having her second baby and she just loves it. Only thing she told me was that the foot recliner doesn't stay in a reclined position. What do we have to do? Is there something we need to adjust?
