Loved the material, loved the look but unfortunately it just wasn't very comfortable! The backrest is super soft but I found under the bottom it was a bit solid to sit on. And, when reclined back, the weight of my body wasn't heavy enough to keep the chair reclined (it was fine for my partner though) so I felt like I was pushing back on the chair arching my back to keep it laying flat. Overall a bit disappointing..... Communication from Fluff Daddy company was great though I do think the returns policy is a bit harsh - I lost about $178 in shipping costs overall from returning the item.

We are sorry to hear that it wasn’t quite the dream match. We have not had that feedback about the seat cushion feeling solid before, most people just find it hard to get out because they honestly don't want to Just to clarify the recline, the Mumma is a weight-responsive recline that gently moves with your body while still keeping a supportive, structured feel and because everyone sits a little differently, that balance can feel a bit unique from person to person.. We do mention on the product page that the Mumma version is designed with a gentle, slight “locked-in” recline. (perfect for the correct support needed when feeding, lounging, and long postpartum sits).
On returns, we do offer free shipping (or a $100 contribution for regional areas) to get the chair to you, however return postage isn’t included for change-of-mind as it’s simply the courier cost based on your postcode back to us, no mark-ups, just straight courier rates. That said, we always take care of the whole process for you so it’s as easy and fuss-free as possible and we are glad that you felt that was the case for you.

Great support and love that it reclines and rocks.
Only negative is its a big high off the ground and my feet dont touch the ground.

I purchased this chair for my daughter who is having her second baby and she just loves it. Only thing she told me was that the foot recliner doesn't stay in a reclined position. What do we have to do? Is there something we need to adjust?

I have been using my fluff mumma for almost 8 months everyday. I love the look of chair so much but have found three quite large flaws with it to be considered.
1. The back isn’t high enough! I do notice they have fixed this now however I spend $1000 on this chair and do not want to pay more for a new backrest! I think it should be offered to people who already have the chair
2. The removable cushions: while a great concept, the main seat doesn’t continue under the cushion or the base fabric meaning the child would be sitting on a piece of wood which is one of the main reasons as to why I selected this chair, highly disappointed with this and feel like it’s almost false advertising.
3. The footrest is so hard to close! There is no way you can shut the footrest with a sleeping baby without waking them up.

1. The backrest, both the OG and high-back were on show at the Baby Expo (with the OG being part of that special Expo price magic). The good news? You can still upgrade to the high back for just $99, still keeping you well under the current chair price. Just reach out and we’ll hook you up!
2. The removable cushion, it’s there for easy cleaning, removable washable cushion cover (because… life 😅). And while your little hidey nook idea is super cute, it’s not something we’ve designed or advertised the chair for. That area is actually finished with a supportive, structured felt lining so the cushion sits snug, secure, and perfectly in place every time
3.The footrest, classic manual recliner behaviour! A little push to close is all part of the experience (and a sneaky mini workout!).

My recliner has been a great addition to my living area. Purchase process and delivery all very smooth. I was amazed how quick and easy it was to put together.
My only critique is it’s not as comfy as I’d hoped… I have padded it out with some fluffy down filled cushions to make it more of the ‘cloud’ like comfort I was after. Overall I’m happy with my fluff daddy recliner

Our recliner is a manual design, which means it doesn’t have springs or motors doing the work behind the scenes. Instead, it’s more of a “find your groove” situation with the footrest. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature!
A little tip that usually helps: place both feet in the centre of the footrest and use a smooth, controlled push to close it. Think of it as a gentle glide back into place rather than a dramatic slam-dunk finish
Super convenient to have the pouches on our Fluff Mama chair. I'm able to put all the essentials in the side pockets. Honestly so useful and handy when I'm nursing the baby!

My sage green chair arrived and all I want to do is sit in it and read. It's most unfortunate that I have to go to work! I love the colour and it looks great against my lighter sage green walls. It's the perfect size for me as I find most recliners are man size and too big. Love it and wish I had bought it sooner 👍

Really love this chair, so beautiful and comfortable. I can see myself spending many hours here even my husband says the same. Was very easy to put together, reclines back to a really nice position, very soft. Highly recommend

Thank you for your feedback, although we would never do that to you, our Fluff Daddy is all about comfort…(and ergonomics!) When the footrest pops up, the backrest needs to tilt back slightly, otherwise, you’ll find yourself trapped in a dreaded upright L-shaped world of pain. (Ergonomically speaking, a small recline keeps your spine happy and your throne time blissful)
Whilst you do have the capacity to lie all the way back (for the nights when you decide, 'I'm just sleeping here') that first slight recline is the sweet spot, leaving you feeling supported and posture perfect!
We use our fluff mumma every day for naps / feeding our baby. It’s the comfiest. Highly recommend!!!
